I started learning English in 1992 at the age of 8. I still remember the textbook our teacher used - it was called Pixie Dixie. I must say I really enjoyed the lessons, even though I did not speak much of English at that time.

My English got much better at the grammar school - it was thanks to the teacher I had there - she was really nice and she taught us a lot of things.

After leaving the grammar school I tested my knowledge of English when I travelled to Scotland and I felt like an alien there. It was quite difficult to understand the Scottish accent but I fell in love with the country and I spent several summer holidays working there.

And then, in 2005, I became an English teacher and I´ve been teaching since then. And I still love it.
